RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. — If you're trying to make ends meet as a small business, you've got a chance at free rent to help propel your business to the next level.
Pop Local from Edwards Realty Company has returned to The Boulevard shopping center in Brentwood. The contest offers local small businesses a chance to win three months of free rent at a brick-and-mortar location without a long-term lease.
The catch? You just have to apply.
Series Six, a local t-shirt company, operated out of its winning storefront and was at The Boulevard for two years. 5 On Your Side featured the program in 2021 that helped businesses gain publicity and marketing and also encourage foot traffic in a new space.
The 1,380-square-foot space is in the heart of The Boulevard center and is anchored by Crate & Barrel, Soft Surroundings and Maggiano’s across from the Galleria Mall in St. Louis County.
Applications officially open June 3.
