ST. LOUIS — This week, the Vatican upheld two more decisions on parishes as part of the Archdiocese of St. Louis Archdiocese's All Things New restructuring plan.

In a news release, the archdiocese said the Vatican upheld the decisions on the St. Agnes parish in Bloomsdale and St. Bernadette parish in Lemay.

St. Agnes was asked to absorb the St. Lawrence parish in Lawrenceton, Missouri. The Archdiocese said the appeal submitted by the St. Lawrence parish was still pending.

The St. Bernadette was set to join the St. Mark parish, effective Aug. 1, 2023.

The Vatican reviewed appeals from several parishes. St. Richard parish in Creve Coeur won its appeal in February, but most others were rejected.
