WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. — Ground beef bought at Schnucks' Webster Groves store was recalled Friday by the company because it may contain foreign materials.
According to a press release, the grocer recalled fresh 80/20 ground beef purchased on Friday between 1:03 p.m. and 3:38 p.m. from its store at 8650 Big Bend Blvd.
Schnucks customers who purchased 80/20 ground beef with a sell-by date of Feb. 24, should return the item to the store to receive a refund or replacement.
There were no reported illnesses or injuries as of Friday night. The company said no other stores were affected.
