Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed well
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all natural creamy peanut butter
- 2T maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except for chocolate chip, to a food processor, not blender! Process until very smooth. Remove from blender and mix in the chocolate chips.
