ST. LOUIS - Seoul Taco is opening a new location in St. Louis’ The Grove business district.
“The Grove is a vibrant community that represents the city’s continued growth and development,” said owner David Choi.
The Korean-Mexican fast casual restaurant will take up shop in one of the retail spots in the Chroma apartment building at 4087 Chouteau Avenue.
The plan is to open the location in 2019, but a news release from Seoul Taco didn’t specify when.
The Grove location will be the third location in St. Louis. The others are in the Delmar Loop (6665 Delmar Boulevard), Chesterfield (46 Four Seasons Shopping Center) and there’s also the roving food truck.
Seoul Taco also has locations in Columbia, Mo., Chicago and there are plans to add a location in Naperville, Ill. in early 2019.
