Find fun for the whole family at these St. Patrick's Day events this weekend

ST. LOUIS — Everything is lining up for a magical St. Patrick's Day in St. Louis this year.

With the holiday falling on a Sunday and a friendly forecast, the luck of the Irish will be shining on revelers in St. Louis this year.

Belleville St. Patrick's Day - Saturday, March 16

The St. Patrick's Day festivities begin with the Luck Leprechaun 5K Saturday at 9 a.m. The 5K run will start at Union United Methodist Church, run through the streets of Belleville and finish back at Union United Methodist Church. To register, click here.

After the race, runners and others can head to the parade route. Parade floats will line up at North 3 Street and run from West A to West C Street starting at 11 a.m.

After the parade, keep the party going with the St. Patrick's Day Block Party. It will feature live music, DJs, food trucks, food vendors, and a family-friendly area. You can find all the fun on Belleville Main Street. Click here for more information.

St. Patrick's Day run and parade in downtown St. Louis - Saturday, March 16

This weekend's St. Patrick's Day celebration in downtown St. Louis starts with the 46th annual 5-mile run through the streets of downtown. The race starts at 9 a.m. Click here to register and find more information about the race.

Dogtown St. Patrick's Day Parade and Irish Festival - Sunday, March 17

The 40th annual Dogtown celebration kicks off with the Irish Festival located at the intersection of Clayton and Tamm avenues. The parade starts at 11 a.m. and will come right through the Irish Festival. The parade will be livestreamed on 5+.

Food, fun and live music will keep the party going until 8 p.m.

St. Charles St. Patrick's Day Parade - Sunday, March 17

Main Street St. Charles will turn green this Sunday.

Organizers say the event will be family-friendly and celebrate Irish heritage. The parade begins at 4 p.m. and runs from the Lewis and Clark Boathouse Parking Lot, to Boone's Lick to Main Street. The parade will then travel down Main Street, ending at Clark Street.
