ST. LOUIS — The October chill didn't keep St. Louisans from enjoying the spooky season. Kids, adults and even pets got in on the Halloween spirit this weekend. Although the holiday might have looked a little different again this year because of the pandemic, it didn't seem to deter people from still enjoying Halloween.
