Things to do for the holidays around St. Louis

Here are events to celebrate the holidays with family and friends.

ST. LOUIS — It's a season of spending time with family and friends. St. Louis is a special place during the holidays.

Here's a list of some of the holiday events available this season. If you know of an event we should add to our list, send us an email.

Brewery Lights at Anheuser-Busch begins early this year on Nov. 18 and will run through Dec. 30. The event includes tours, food, beer, a parade and performances on various nights. To purchase tickets to Brewery Lights, click here.

Rock Spring Park in Alton is home to Christmas Wonderland. It is open Nov. 24 to Dec. 27. It is a drive-thru display, open evenings during the season. A donation of $10 is suggested for cars. See details here.

Weirdly Wonderful Holidays are happening at City Museum from Nov. 24 to Dec. 31. The museum is transformed into a festive paradise with decorations and events. It is included with admission.

Krampus Jack Frost's Revenge is a one-night event at the holiday-themed haunted house, "The Darkness." See details for the Dec. 16 event here.

Eckert's Family Farm is hosting a variety of events for the holidays in Belleville. Cut-your-own Christmas trees are available starting Nov. 18. There are live music events, a murder mystery, bingo, and holiday-themed classes.

The Fabulous Fox has holiday-themed shows like "'Twas the Night Before...," "Mannheim Steamroller Christmas," "Glow Live with Brett Eldredge" and "Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet." See the full list of events here.

Grant's Farm is hosting Holiday Lights Walk-Through, carriage rides and fire pit rental. See the prices, hours and schedule here.

Missouri Botanical Garden is putting on Garden Glow Nov. 18 to Jan. 6. Rain or snow, enjoy the garden by night, lit with millions of lights. See the full details here.

Saint Louis Zoo is hosting Wild Lights select nights in November and December. Tickets include access to see the lights, free crafts for children and parking.

Steinberg Ice Rink is open for skating rain or shine. Select dates are available through February.

Union Station has The Polar Express, a European market, a pop-up bar, and other special holiday events here.

Winterfest at Kiener Plaza features a 5K run, ice skating, winter markets, igloos for rent and more.

Winter Wonderland in Tilles Park is a drive-thru holiday lights display with more than one hundred characters and scenes. It runs from 5-9 p.m. Nov. 22 through Dec. 30.
