Jack Taylor, founder of car rental giant Enterprise Rent-A-Car, came in at No. 248 on Forbes’ 2016 list of the world’s billionaires, down from No. 92 in 2015.
Forbes estimated Jack Taylor and his family are worth $5.3 billion, down from $12.5 billion in 2015.
Cargill heiress Pauline MacMillan Keinath came in at No. 219 with a net worth of $5.7 billion, down from $5.8 billion in 2015. Keinath, who lives in St. Louis, inherited an estimated 12 percent stake in Cargill, founded by her great-grandfather.
St. Louis native Jack Dorsey, CEO of both Twitter and Square, also makes an appearance on the list, coming in at No. 1,694 with a net worth of $1 billion. Dorsey came in at No. 690 with a net worth of $2.7 billion in 2015.
Also on the list is Stan Kroenke, real estate developer and owner of the now Los Angeles Rams, coming in at No. 148, with a net worth of $7.7 billion, up from $6.3 billion in 2015. Kroenke’s wife, Ann Walton Kroenke, daughter of Wal-Mart co-founder James “Bud” Walton, is also on the list at No. 324 with a net worth of $4.5 billion. The Kroenkes have a home in Columbia, Missouri.
Bill Gates once again topped Forbes' list with a net worth of $75 billion, down from $79.2 billion in 2015. Gates is followed by Spanish fashion retailer Amancio Ortega of Zara, with a net worth of $67 billion. Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway comes in at No. 3 with a net worth of $60.8 billion.
