For some of us, today was just Monday. For Mick Jagger, today was the day the Rolling Stone became a great-grandfather.
At just 70!
Mick's granddaughter Assisi, 21, gave birth to a baby girl this past weekend, according to the Daily Mail. Dad is Assisi's 25-year-old boyfriend, chef Alex Key.
New baby Jagger has plenty o' relatives to spoil her. Mick has seven children (with four women) and four grandchildren. The new baby gets to claim Mick's ex, Bianca Jagger, 69, as great-grandmother, and Jade Jagger, just 42, as grandma. In a fun twist, Jade is due to give birth to a child in a just a few weeks. Mom and daughter shared a joint baby shower, thrown by Jerry Hall, in March.
The babes are bright news during a tough year for Mick. His longtime girlfriend, L'Wren Scott, committed suicide in March.
No name for the newest Jagger has been released yet.
