Centene Corp. has promoted Cindy Brinkley to president and chief operating officer, effective Thursday. Michael Neidorff will retain the titles of chairman and chief executive of the managed care company. Brinkley currently is executive vice president of global corporate development at the company. She was hired by Centene in 2014 as executive vice president of international operations and business integration, a new role at the company.
