ST. LOUIS — Metro Transit is looking to hire mechanics, bus operators and Metro Call-A-Ride operators.
It's hosting a hiring event on Saturday, Oct. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Illinois MetroBus facility at 801 North 47th Street in East St. Louis, Illinois.
On-site interviews will be conducted for mechanics, Metro Call-A-Ride operators and MetroBus operators, positions which are all eligible for Metro Transit’s $5,000 signing bonus.
The special $5,000 signing bonus, which was temporarily implemented this summer, has been extended through the end of the year.
