Zillow on Wednesday released an analysis of the most expensive streets to live on in the United States.

That list is led by Indian Creek Island Road in Florida, a mansion-laced road on an island in the Miami-area, where the median home value is $21.48 million. Two streets in Beverly Hills, California — Beverly Park Circle and Beverly Park Terrace — round out the top three, with median home values of $16.2 million and $15.8 million, respectively.

The most expensive streets in St. Louis don't come close to those metrics, but are noteworthy nonetheless.

Pacland Estates Drive in Chesterfield came in at No. 1 on St. Louis' list of most expensive streets to live on, with a median home value of $2.87 million.

Here are the rest of the top five:

— Upper Ladue Road, in Ladue, with a median home value of $2.26 million

— Brentmoor Park, in Clayton, with a median home value of $2.17 million

— Glen Eagles Drive, in Ladue, with a median home value of $2.13 million

— Somerset Downs Drive, in Frontenac, with a median home value of $2.09 million

The average home value in St. Louis, according to Zillow, has risen 3.7 percent over the last year to $132,500. That figure is expected to rise by 3.8 percent over the next 12 months.
