ST. LOUIS — One man was killed and two others were wounded in a Wednesday night shooting, St. Louis police said.
According to a real-time alert from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened near the intersection of Union and Ridge avenues at about 9:20 p.m. Video from the scene showed the parking lot of Elite Market & Grill blocked by crime scene tape.
Police initially reported that one person had been shot and killed in the incident. Thursday morning, the department said homicide detectives discovered that two other men were also shot. The additional victims were being treated at the hospital and had stable vital signs.
