ST. LOUIS — Two men were found dead Monday morning in north St. Louis, police said.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, homicide detectives responded around 11:30 a.m. to the 6100 block of Garesche Avenue in the city's Walnut Park West neighborhood after two men were found dead.
Police said officers located a person of interest and took one person into custody.
St. Louis police said the incident "appears to be domestic related."

The Bullet Related Injury Clinic (BRIC) is a community-based clinic in St. Louis that helps people heal after they have been injured by a bullet. The BRIC was established to help people who are discharged home from the emergency department after being shot.
