ST. LOUIS — Two men were shot Thursday evening in St. Louis' Lasalle Park neighborhood south of downtown.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said officers responded to the shooting at around 6:45 p.m. on the 1000 block of Lasalle Park Court. They arrived to find a man conscious and breathing with a gunshot wound to the chin.
A second man had been shot in the back and was unconscious and not breathing.
Police did not immediately give further details on the men's conditions, but said homicide investigators were called to the scene.
