ST. LOUIS – St. Louis police are looking for a man who robbed a south city Taco Bell at gunpoint earlier this month after paying for and eating a meal.
Police say the robbery happened at 7:13 a.m. Aug. 15 at the restaurant in the 1300 block of Hampton.
They say the suspect entered the restaurant, paid for and ate a meal. Police say when the suspect finished his meal he re-approached the counter, showed a gun, and demanded money. The employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and ran from the store. Nobody was injured.
The suspect is described as a white male standing approximately 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has a scar or sore on his cheek and was last seen wearing a dark blue jogging suit.
