MAPLEWOOD, Mo.— A man has been charged in the assault of a Metro bus driver that led to a crash.
Uriyah Reed, 31, has been charged with second-degree assault and first-degree property damage.
Police say on Tuesday, Reed boarded the bus and asked the driver for transfer passes. When the driver said he didn't have any, Reed apparently punched him in the face. It caused the bus to slam into the glass waiting area on the sidewalk.
