ST. LOUIS — A popular tavern in Soulard was burglarized Tuesday morning.
Hammerstone's at 9th Street and Russell Boulevard was broken into at 3 a.m.
Police officers found the glass in the front door destroyed. An employee advised police that two cash drawers were missing, but the drawers were empty when the were taken.
Police are investigating. A description of a suspect or suspects was not provided.
