2 men charged with Feb. 2 murder, shooting of 32-year-old St. Louis man

Clarence Holmes and Terron Young were both charged, and they have not been given a bond and remain in custody.

Two men were taken into custody and charged with a murder that took place on Feb. 2. 

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department arrested Clarence Holmes, 41, and Terron Young, 33, on Friday, March 1 for the Feb. 2 murder of 32-year-old Anthony Jefferson. 

SLMPD said that the Circuit Attorney's Office charged Holmes with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm. Young has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Both Holmes and Young have not been given a bond and remain in custody. 

Police did not share the possible cause or any more details about the investigation's conclusion.
