Charges have been dropped against a man accused of killing the Chase Park Plaza's catering director.
John Paulsen was heading home from a wedding in July of 2013 when he was shot and killed in the Bevo Mill neighborhood of St. Louis.
Lorenzo Milton, 23, was charged with Paulsen's murder, but his first trial ended in a hung jury.
Prosecutors could have taken the case back to court, but they say they were unable to secure a key witness, and dropped the charges.
