ST. LOUIS — A man died Sunday night after being shot multiple times in north St. Louis.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Crown Food Market at 1451 North Kingshighway Boulevard.
Arriving officers found the victim, described as being in his 30s, lying in the parking lot with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Homicide Division was requested, police said.
As of Monday morning, police had not shared the victim's identity, what led up to the shooting or whether any arrests had been made.
