GRAY SUMMIT, Mo. — The Franklin County Sheriff's Office asked for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect of an ATM robbery in Gray Summit.
According to the sheriff's office, an ATM alarm went off at about 4:50 a.m. Wednesday at the Bank of Washington, located at 2687 Highway 100. A sheriff's deputy arrived minutes later to find the ATM busted loose from the concrete and laying in the bank's parking lot.
Police said no money was taken in the attempted robbery.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect or truck captured on surveillance video should contact the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division at 636-583-2560.
