SHILOH, Ill. -- An HIV positive man is accused of sexual assaulting a young boy multiple times over the course of more than three years.
According to the Shiloh Police Department, the victim told officers that 37-year-old Donte A. Bohanna sexually assaulted him multiple times between September 2011 and January 2015.
During the investigation, police discovered that Bohanna is HIV positive. Officers say the victim has tested negative for HIV.
Bohanna is facing seven charges including aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
He's being held at the St. Clair County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
