RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. — A St. Louis man is accused of filming at least two people, one of whom was a teenage girl, at the Saint Louis Galleria.

According to court documents, Peter Christian Spezia is facing two counts of invasion of privacy for videos he took at the Urban Outfitters store.

Police said on July 27, Spezia videotaped a partially nude girl under the age of 17 in a closed changing room.

On Aug. 3, Spezia filmed a different victim who was partially nude in a changing room at the same store, police said. The victim's mother saw Spezia leaving the changing room area and confronted him.

He was later identified through a photo lineup.

A phone extraction revealed more dressing room videos, court documents said. In total, police said they found more than 500 pictures and videos of women who he followed or who were in store fitting rooms.

Spezia was released Tuesday from the St. Louis County Jail on a $250,000 bond. As a condition of the release, the judge ordered that he cannot have contact with the two victims and must stay 1,000 feet away from the Galleria.
