A man is facing charges after two people were killed and two were critically injured in a quadruple shooting in North St. Louis.
Police said the shooting occurred just after 1 a.m. Saturday near Union and Paulian. The two victims that died were inside a car at a gas station when two masked men drove up and fired shots. The other two victims were nearby when the shots were fired.
Two of the victims — 17-year-old Jalen Woods and 25-year-old Amber Green — were pronounced dead at the scene. The two victims who were not in the car suffered multiple gunshot wounds. They were taken to the hospital where they were listed in critical condition.
Ollie L. Lynch, 25, was charged with two count of first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault and six counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held without bond.
Lynch and the other man attempted to drive off but hit an air dispenser. They then fled the scene of foot.
