Man, woman found shot to death Tuesday night inside car in north St. Louis County

Police identified the victims on Thursday as Tyrese Mosley, 25, and Amea Robinson-Smith, 18.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A man and a woman were found fatally shot Tuesday evening inside a car in north St. Louis County.

The St. Louis County Police Department said officers from its North County Precinct responded just before 8 p.m. to the 200 block of Roderick Drive after ShotSpotter technology indicated gunshots had been fired in the area.

Officers arrived to find a man and woman in a vehicle with apparent gunshot wounds. They were both pronounced dead at the scene.

Police identified the victims on Thursday as Tyrese Mosley, 25, and Amea Robinson-Smith, 18.

No suspects were in custody.

The Bullet Related Injury Clinic (BRIC) is a community-based clinic in St. Louis that helps people heal after they have been injured by a bullet. The BRIC was established to help people who are discharged from the emergency department after being shot.
