Homicide detectives are investigating after a shooting left two people dead, two in critical condition and one with minor injuries.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Union around 1 a.m. Saturday morning where five people were shot at by two masked suspects.
Jalen Woods, 17, of Stratford was found on the ground near the gas station with multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. Amber Green, 25, of Ferguson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two men were found with multiple gunshot wounds and transported to a nearby hospital where they remain in critical condition. Another woman received an abrasion to her foot and was treated on scene.
According to the police report, the victims were getting gas when the two masked suspects fired shots at their vehicle. The victims tried to get away, but struck the air dispensed.
The masked suspects are still at large.
