ST. LOUIS — Police in St. Louis are investigating after a pair of afternoon shootings Wednesday.
Police said they were called to the intersection of St. Louis and Marcus Avenues in north St. Louis at around 2:15. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was conscious and breathing when officers arrived to help.
About an hour later, officers were called to the intersection of Gravios and Meramec in south St. Louis. When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was also conscious and breathing when officers arrived to help him.
No other information was made available in either case.
Investigations into both shootings are ongoing.
