OVERLAND, Mo. — A man is facing three charges after police said he drunkenly fired more than 100 shots into the woods behind his house that also backs up to a city park.
Joseph Manley, 56, was charged with three counts of unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated in connection with the Wednesday incident.

Another neighbor said he came outside to see what was happening and saw police, guns drawn, as they approached the house Manley was in. The gunfire was still ongoing at the time.
Police said Manley came out of that house and told police he was shooting into the woods behind his home. That woods also borders Wild Acres Park.
Police said a breathalyzer test found his Blood Alcohol Content was .148.
Police said the shots were fired from an AR-15, a semi-automatic handgun and a 12-gauge shotgun.
His bond was set at $10,000.
