The suspects also robbed a Phillips 66 and In & Out Market in Richmond Heights. Police said the suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

The owner of In & Out said the suspect kept apologizing for robbing him and said, “Sorry I have to do this. I don't want to do this."

The suspects got away with a couple hundred dollars and beer according to the owner.

Even after grabbing the cash the suspect is seen on security footage talking to the owner and apologizing.

The owner said he was shocked how bold the suspects were given his store is right down the street from the Richmond Heights Police Department.

He said they even asked for a five to 10 minute head start before calling police.

The owner dialed 911 as soon as the suspects left the store.
