ST. LOUIS – A man was arrested Monday afternoon after police say they robbed a local bank.
Officers were called to the Regions Bank in the 3500 block of Hampton after a report of an armed robbery.
The man got into a black Chevrolet Impala and drove west.
Police say they tracked the vehicle, and the suspect ditched the car and tried to run. He was arrested in the 6400 block of Clayton in the De Mun neighborhood.
The suspect's name will be released if charges are filed.
