ST. LOUIS -- Federal agents say a man accused of starting several fires in south St. Louis sparked them using road flares.
Michael Naro, 47, is now facing four counts of second-degree arson and one count of reckless burning for the fires that were set in garages and trash bins in his neighborhood.
Agents set up security cameras to catch the arsonist.
Naro is being held without bond.
