The burglary happened at around 10:20 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Clark Avenue property in downtown St. Louis.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on Monday released surveillance photos of the thief, who wore "various distinct items" during the crime, including a giant costume gold chain and several cowboy hats stacked on top of each other.
