Recognize this car? St. Louis County police looking for ATM theft suspect

St. Louis County police are looking for a white Jeep and a person they said were involved in an ATM theft.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — The St. Louis County Police Department is looking for a person and a car they said were involved in an ATM theft this week.

According to a Facebook post, the most recent theft happened at a bank on the 9200 block of Lewis and Clark Boulevard at about 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Police said a person got out of the newer model Jeep Grand Cherokee and forced their way into the ATM.

Police said the Jeep has two hood vents and dark wheels and it could be a Trackhawk model. It was last seen in the area of Highway 367 and Jennings Station Road. 

The suspect was wearing a mask and hooded jacket when they were seen breaking into the ATM.

Police said a similar incident happened at the same location in November, but no other information about that incident was provided.
