ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Police are searching for a man who ran from police after getting out of a car that has been missing since Sunday.
St. Louis County Police North County Precinct said they saw a white Honda at 8 a.m. Monday morning.. The car was reported stolen after an armed carjacking Sunday night in St. Louis City.
North County Police said the car was sighted on Halls Ferry Road and Leamont Drive. Police attempted a traffic stop and the driver did not yield. Police pursued the car until it hit a curb near Ravenwood Avenue and Kenewah Avenue, which disabled the car, according to police.
Three people have been taken into custody. Police said two of them are minors.
One man ran from the scene, police said. No details have been given of the suspect.
