ST. LOUIS — St. Louis police seized a stockpile of fireworks on July 4 after investigating a "storefront conducting an illegal firework retail operation."
Police seized the items Thursday at the 8900 block of Riverview Drive at the Riverview Shopping Center. They said investigators also recovered a gun at the scene and said that the person behind the operation has been identified and arrested.
Police added that the case will be reviewed by the warrant office to decide on charges.
