Police said Hakim Mustafa Moore(L) and Robin Alexander(R) failed to appear in court in Jackson County, Oklahoma, to face counts of child abuse.

ST. LOUIS — The US Marshals Service is offering a $10,000 reward for a man and woman wanted in connection with a child abuse case in Oklahoma who police believe fled to St. Louis.

Police said Hakim Mustafa Moore, 27, and Robin Alexander, 29, failed to appear in court in Jackson County, Oklahoma, to face counts of child abuse and neglect. Police in Oklahoma got a tip that they fled to St. Louis, so St. Louis Metropolitan Police have picked up the search.

Police said they have five children together. One of the children died, three of the children are in critical condition and one child has not been found. Police said the child that has not been found was born in a hotel room, is documented and no pictures of the child are available.

On Wednesday, the US Marshals Service announced the $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Moore and Alexander.

Police said the photos of the suspects are more than five years old, and both suspects likely changed their experience in some way.
