ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Police are investigating the death of a teenage male in Jennings who was found in a car crash.
St. Louis County police said at around 6 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a motor vehicle crash call in the 7000 block of Dawson Place in Jennings.
Police said officers found the teen inside a car which had struck a utility pole. The teen was suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
Police said the male was transported to a hospital for treatment, but died from his injuries.
The police department did not say exactly how old the victim was. The investigation is ongoing.
