AFFTON, Mo. — A man from Houston, Texas is accused of robbing a massage spa in south St. Louis County.
Anthony Naceanceno, 26, is charged with one count of 1st degree robbery and three counts of 3rd degree kidnapping.
In court documents, St. Louis County police said on Sept. 26 at 4:52 p.m., Naceanceno went into the Oriental Spa at 4211 Bayless Avenue in Affton.
Police said Naceanceno told staff members he had a firearm and ordered them into another room.
Police said he then stole $2,000, surveillance equipment and several staff member's cell phones.
Police arrested Naceanceno the following day and they said he was in the same vehicle used in the crime. The victims' cell phones and a large amount of cash were recovered.
In court documents, St. Louis County police said Naceanceno is a convicted felon from Texas and has prior convictions for robbery, unauthorized use of a vehicle, burglary and assault.
Naceanceno is being held without bond.
