FERGUSON, Mo. — Three people were hospitalized after a shooting Monday evening in Ferguson.
The St. Louis County Police Department, which took over the investigation at the request of the Ferguson Police Department, said the shooting happened just before 5:30 p.m. on the 1000 block of Renshaw Drive.
Ferguson police responding to a shooting call at a home arrived to find two men and one woman with gunshot wounds.
One of the men had life-threatening injuries; the other two victims' injuries were not considered life-threatening. All were taken to an area hospital.
The investigation was "very active" as of Monday evening, police said.
