TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. — The Jefferson County Prosecutor's Office charged former Town and Country police Sgt. Jordan Fowle with multiple counts of child sex crimes on Tuesday, court records show.
Fowle is facing incest, sexual abuse and child molestation charges from incidents that took place between August 2012 and July 2023, according to the probable cause statement.
The two victims of the crime said Fowle began sexually abusing them at ages 13 and 14, court records show. Authorities said Fowle subjected the victims to strip searches and invasive touches over the course of years. Both victims began to self-harm and were suicidal as a result of the abuse.
The victims both said they feared retaliation from Fowle given his past as a police officer and his access to firearms and law enforcement databases.
The Town and Country Police Department said it has no reason to believe any of the alleged incidents occurred while Fowle was on duty or acting in the official capacity of the department.
Richard Lozano, Fowle's attorney, told 5 On Your Side that Fowle strongly denies the allegations.
