UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. — A woman was charged with driving while intoxicated two months after a crash that left a 1-year-old critically injured.
Eleeyah Binion, 20, was charged Tuesday with one count of DWI causing serious injury, exceeding the posted speed limit and failure to maintain a single lane in connection with the Dec. 17 crash.
