Mannheim Steamroller, an instrumental rock band that specializes in holiday music, has announced its 2017 holiday tour that includes a stop in St. Louis.
The nationwide tour, which kicks off on November 13, will stop in St. Louis on Saturday, November 25. The two performances at the Fabulous Fox Theatre will be at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets range in price from $35 to $100.
“Our first Christmas tour was 33 years ago in 1974 when we played in five cities. Currently, we play an average of 75 cities each year and it is a real privilege to continue sharing the holiday spirit through our performances,” said producer Chip Davis.
Since its inception, the band has sold more than 40 million albums, 28 million of which were in the Christmas genre.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, July 21 at 10 a.m. They can be purchased at metrotix.com, by calling (314) 534-1111 or in person at the Fabulous Fox Box Office.
