Ruby Leigh survives 'The Voice' Knockouts, moves on to Playoffs

Reba McEntire picked Ruby to continue on to the next round of competitions.

COTTLEVILLE, Mo. — Ruby Leigh will move on to the next round of competition on "The Voice."

Monday's episode featured the 16-year-old Foley, Missouri, native competing in part two of the Knockout Rounds.

The action-packed competition held a three-way knockout with three artists pitted against one another. Leigh sang "Blue" by LeAnn Rimes, and was chosen by her coach Reba McEntire to move on to the playoffs

Country legend, Wynonna Judd advised and mentored all of the artists competing in the knockouts.

The artists who did not win their knockout rounds have one last chance to be saved. Coaches may save one artist which allows them to retain one of their original picks.

"I'm so excited to see all the posters right in front of me and people I look up to.," she said.

The show aired at 7 p.m. Monday night on NBC.
