After a local Illinois woman fell to her death inside a Belleville nursing home, NewsChannel 5 On Your Side Investigates looked into nursing homes in our area.
We found that there are 204 homes in Missouri and Illinois that the federal government considers “much below average.”
These homes got only 1 star on a five-star scale.
