MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. — A bar and grill in Maryland Heights is closed until further notice after some employees tested positive for the coronavirus.
Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill posted on Facebook on Monday and said “members of our team” at the Dorsett location have tested positive for the virus.
The post on Facebook didn’t specify how many employees tested positive or when they last worked.
“The safety of our team members and customers is always our TOP priority so we have made the decision to close our doors for dine-in and curbside services for the time-being as we address the situation with local officials and take necessary next steps,” the post on Facebook said. “Our entire team has worked diligently to provide your favorite Hotshots experience in SAFE manner and will continue to make the health and safety of our team members and guests our No. 1 priority. While we have worked very hard to serve our guests safety out of an abundance of caution, we have still been impacted by the effects of this pandemic.”
The bar and grill said it will communicate updates on its reopening plans and timelines in the future.
Several other restaurants in the St. Louis area have had to briefing close again due to the virus.
