O'FALLON, Mo. – The embattled car salesmen who ran away from our cameras may be selling cars once again.

The Missouri Attorney General shut down Driven Auto Sales in O'Fallon, Missouri, last month. That legal action came after the I-Team confronted the owner about selling cars without titles.

The I-Team uncovered the owners were selling dozens of vehicles without titles and pocketing roughly half a million dollars in profit.

Owners Eric and Jenny Carmack aren't legally allowed to operate any auto dealership or handle finance paperwork, according to court filings.

But last week, a Judge granted a request to allow the Carmacks to work as salespeople for automobile dealerships that have at least 20 full-time employees.

There's no word yet on whether they are working at another dealership.

The attorney general accused the couple of defrauding at least 31 customers between September 2017 to February of this year.
