BOSTON – Congratulations to St. Louis native, Jayson Tatum, on an amazing rookie season with the Boston Celtics.
The Celtics’ postseason came to an end Sunday night after LeBron James and the Cavaliers dominated in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Six years ago, Tatum asked James to follow him on Twitter and never got a reply. On Sunday, the rookie dunked on the vet.

In the fourth quarter, Tatum posterized James with a right-handed slam that brought fans to their feet. Tatum put up 24 points Sunday night.
In a post-game press conference, James expressed his respect for the rookie. “I just love everything about the kid,” James said. “The way he plays the game, his demeanor, where he comes from.
“I just know he's just built for stardom. He's built for success,” James said.
