ST. LOUIS — A person is dead after a two-vehicle collision in St. Louis Friday night.
St. Louis police said it happened shortly after 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 4600 block of West Florissant Avenue.
Police said a 62-year-old man driving a Chevy Trailblazer eastbound on West Florissant Aveune when a Kia Spectra driving west on West Florissant attempted to make a left turn in front of the Trailblazer. The Trailblazer then hit the passenger side of the Spectra.
Both drivers were taken to a local hospital where the male driver of the Spectra was pronounced dead.
Police have not released the name of the driver who died.
Accident Reconstruction is leading the crash investigation.
